NOEL/street style

I am sorry for the lack of posts lately. The month has been super crazy, but we are now working on some great upcoming posts...stay tuned.

Jerrmaner and I went to see Trail of Lights last weekend. The lights were pretty but the experience would have been a lot more enjoyable if no one else was there. Seems like Christmas light displays make even adults act as children. Nevertheless, it's Christmas and with all the irritations of the season, you have to take a step back and remember what is really important.

Merry Christmas!

STARVED/future punk

The jacket, top and skirt are currently three of my favorite pieces. Items such as these make it easy to throw something on when I feel as though I have nothing to wear.

When I was a child, there was nothing I wished for more than heart tights. All the other girls had them, but I was never so lucky. When I saw these at F21, I was quick to snatch them up to fill some inner void. I suppose it was worth the wait...I guess dreams really do come true.

The patch was a spontaneous decision, but one that I kinda liked. I might consider adding a patch to my next holiday ensemble. There is nothing more intriguing than a girl in a cocktail dress and a patch.

STARLET/1960's mod

Voila! Our first post...inspired by 1960's mod (as per homme). Note the party mask worn as a headband. I am truly obsessed with headgear these days. I fell in love with the idea of party masks as accessories when I saw the movie Hanna. What a truly brilliant idea! So brilliant that I bought a pack of 12 masks in all colors from the party store. These masks will be escorting me through the holiday season.

FEMME/introduction

This is a fashion blog of his & her perspective. Amanda and Jerrmaner of Dollhouse/Digital Vacancy will take one idea, inspiration, object, location or trend and interpret it through their own personal style.

Keep watching...
